As a lean IT team, our support packages include a maximum 4 hours of break-fix/helpdesk support per month and strategic focus on preventing issues, not just fixing them. This approach allows us to provide high-quality, concentrated support while maintaining our operational efficiency. Beyond the 4-hour monthly allocation, additional support can be arranged at our standard rates.
On-Demand IT Services and Projects
Every project is unique. Our rates typically start at $125/hour, but we'll work with you to understand your specific needs during an initial discovery discussion. No surprises, just clear solutions tailored to your business.
